When scanning the QR code on the machine, the operator will get access to the operating manual and in many cases instruction videos. The operating panel is intuitive, and an authorized service technician will train your staff when installing the baler.
Is a baler safe to use? Safety is Orwak’s hallmark and an Orwak baler is always safe and easy to use. All our machines are CE marked and our vertical balers comply with the safety standard EN16500. They feature built-in self-monitoring safety systems, two-hand operation, monitored and coded safety-switches for a safe working environment for the operator and everyone in the vicinity.
What does the preventative maintenance schedule look like? We recommend a yearly maintenance and safety check, but it depends on how much you use the baler. More frequent maintenance may be required.
