Orwak’s in-bin compactors FLEX 660/1100 – launched last year – are highly appreciated for their simplicity, effective compaction and effortless “roll in, roll out” concept. To fulfil the safety requirements, the compactor operates in a cage. Just dispose of the bags, push the start button and walk away! Compaction starts and the machine will be ready for another load when you return. That is convenient and means more time for your business.
THROW & GO
Thanks to the protection provided by the cage, the machine starts compacting the waste at the push of a button. No need for the operator to stay during the compaction process. Safety is our priority and the gates to the cage remain locked when the compactor is at work. The loading shutter can, on the other hand, stay open to facilitate the next infeed of bags after the compaction.

SMART AND COMPACT DESIGN
Keeping the value of saving space in mind, the waste compactor and the surrounding cage come with a smart and compact design. A lifting plate protects the bin wheels from being damaged during compaction and the machine is robust and prepared for tough conditions. The lifting plate is galvanized, and a good finish and easy access facilitate daily cleaning.
ADAPTABLE TO THE CONDITIONS ON SITE
To easily adapt to the conditions on site, the start button can be placed on the left- or right-hand side of the cage. For installations in different types of environments, Orwak’s in-bin compactors come with multigrade oil as standard to maintain high performance at low temperatures.
