NEW BALERS COMPLEMENT THE ORWAK COMPACT FAMILY IN SIZE AND CAPACITY
Orwak is happy to present the latest additions to the most compact vertical balers in the range. The new models 3075 & 3150 complement the other members of the COMPACT family well in size and capacity and produce impressive bales that are optimized logistically. The 3075 generates bale weights up to 70 kg and two bales fit perfectly on a Euro pallet. The 3150 produces cardboard bales that weigh up to 150 kg and the bale size is optimized for a Euro pallet. In other words, they offer substantial bales, yet compact machine design.
The 3075 & 3150 share the same great features in user-friendliness, safety and communication and are, just as the other COMPACT balers, easy to place, as they come with small footprints and are single phase units. They are ideal for small to medium size volumes of packaging materials in a wide range of industries and help you save time, space and money.
CYCLONE AND SILENT POWERPACK ARE NEW DESIRABLE BRICKMAN FEATURES
The robust high-capacity briquette presses BRICKMAN 1200C and 2000C for big volumes of recyclables are from now on equipped with two new standard features, cyclones and silent powerpacks for an enhanced user-experience.
The innovative cyclone, based on a patented technique, allows for a notably smaller powerpack and a reduced oil volume in the tank, which brings many benefits. It makes these BRICKMAN models much less space demanding and easier to transport. This saves transportation costs and enables installations in environments where space is more limited.
Silent powerpacks ensure a low sound emission that contributes to an improved working environment and promotes installations indoors directly at the source of waste and in storage areas close to the customer environment. Quote from Gekås Superstore in Sweden: “You hardly hear it running. What you hear is the rustle from the cardboard, when it is compacted, and the turn of the piston.”
