In line with Orwak’s strong ambition and strategy to grow and to meet future demands, we increase the production capacity in our factory in Sweden. The current investment in two new advanced welding robots is the first step.
A new modern robot cell is built to house them and when installed and finetuned the new fast and versatile robots will replace an old welding unit. The twin robots are synchronized and will work together to speed up the process of welding each baler.
Safety is always top priority and the new welding robots contribute to an even safer place to work, as the heavy bale chambers are always handled at floor level when entering and exiting the robot cells and they are only hoisted by the robots during operation in the closed cell.
